  5. System Requirements:

  7. - PalmOS version 3.3.  If your device is not upgradeable due to 
  8. not having flash ROM you must install an updated infrared library.

  13. Please read the QuickGuide included with the JetSend for Palm
  14. Computing Platform for important information if you own a Visor.

  16. This version is not compatible with PalmOS version 3.5.

  20. - Since the JetSend for Palm Computing Platform includes enhanced
  21. versions of the built-in applications you must have 520 KB of free
  22. memory on your device for a full installation.  Applications
  23. in which you do not use the JetSend functionality can be deleted
  24. to free up memory.  Approximately 100 KB of free memory is necessary
  25. in which to store temporary files used during sending/receiving of
  26. large amounts of information.

  28. JetSend for Palm Computing Platform is compatible with FlashPro
  29. from TRG (www.trgnet.com) in which the applications and libraries
  30. can be moved into free ROM space in the operating system section
  31. of ROM and not take up normal memory.  Go to http://www.trgnet.com

  36. - Does not support receiving from CapShare 910 or 920.

  40. - JetSending a category of greater than approximately 80 contacts
  41. is unreliable.  If you have "Auto-off" set to 1 minute the device
  42. may power off before it is ready to send.  This will be fixed
  43. in a later release.

  47. - gray images (non-monochrome) sent to LaserJet 2100, 4050, 8100, 8150
  48. will be printed in monochrome.

  52. - Doing a ScreenSend from a pre-3.3 version of ImageViewer (FireViewer)
  53. sends a blank screen.

  57. - There are two steps to uninstalling the software.  You must run the
  58. uninstall program on your PC to remove the conduit.  You must also
  59. delete the prc files from your device.  To do this tap Menu from
  60. the application launcher, then tap Delete.  Delete the following files:

  63. JS_AELib1_200
  64. JS_AELib2_200
  65. JSAddress
  66. JSClipboard
  67. JSDateBook
  68. JSHack
  69. JSMail
  70. JSMemo

  76. You must also delete these files from your Backup directory within the
  77. Palm Desktop software, usually a directory named Backup under your username.
